SYNDICATE BRASIL PROJECT 2022
Yearlings

The SYNDICATE BRAZIL has plans to purchased horses through of shares. The people who join the business, will become owner of shares of horses, splitting the purchased cost, the commercial risk and also all training fees. This project offer different horses and plans incluiding yearlings and horses in training. The plans it can be about projects of 18 months, or in training with older horses and plans of 05 or 06 months.

All our horses are chosen by physical conformation, well balanced and International Bloodlines. Breeder by importants and reliable farms in Brazil.

Two yearlings are selected to the project:

SHARE
The project is divided by 100 shares(100%) , including two yearlings each share, equivalent of 1% ;
The first leg of this project will be of 18 months. It’s included:
Horses purchase and fees ; Full Vet tests as x-rays and endoscopy ; Training fee, ; Vet assistence, Medicines; and Insurance life.
There is no extra charges in the period.
After the first leg of 18 months, it must be paid the training fee and administration only.
The fee will be about R$ 30,00 monthly by each horse.
All prize money will be credit to share holders during the project.

YEARLINGS

REGENCIA

REGENCIA, 2 years old, brown filly, 470kg and 157 cm tall, well balanced and muscular body, with great presence and an intelligent head. The bloodlines stem from some of the worlds most famous stallion lines as well as Inbreedings of Mr.Prospector, Northern Dancer and Roberto. Also represent the Rasmussen Factor in Tamerett(USA), line of fantastics Gone West(USA) and Know Fact(USA).
The dam, ELUSIVE STAR is the winner of two races and already the producer of the full brother of Regencia. Old Man River , winner of 3 races and Gr3 placed. And QUIXODÓ, winner and group one runner.

His father VICTORY IS OURS (Northern Afleet), 6 wins, TROFEU MOSSORÓ 2013 e 2014 – (Brazillian Awards 2013 and 2014). SUPER KITTEN

SUPER KITTEN(BRZ) 2 year´s old ,chesnut colt. Strong muscular and well balanced with a great walk and inteligent eye. 500kg and 158 cm.

CAMELLOT KITTEN(USA), winner of 06 races on turf, US$ 1.069,477 , incluiding the 1st American Turf Stakes Grupo 2, 1st National Museam Racing Hall Of Fame Stakes Grupo 2, 1st Peninine Ridge Stakes Grupo 3, 1st Hill Prince Stakes Grupo 3, e 1st Kentucky Classic Stakes. Camelot Kitten presents his first crop born in Brazil in 2020.

The dam PURO EXTASE is winner of 2 races and Gr3 placed. Puro Extase has produced two foals where Ray Controle is the first product and is in training in 2022 as a 2 year´s old. PURO EXTASE is from a deep blacktype family and represent Inbreeding to NEARCO, NORTHERN DANCER and ROBERTO. Important to note is the Rasmussen Factor being visible through NORTH OF EDEN(USA) the dam of champion sire WILD EVENT(BRZ).
